The hotel location is close to Dubai Mall. It takes about 5 minutes. The hotel has all the amenities to enjoy. The staff offered excellent service. Suleiman, Lamia and Mustafa from Reception gave us a good welcome.
The third bed in the room was not comfortable. It was of poor quality and did not provide adequate support for sleeping.

The hotel is only 5 minutes from Dubai Mall. This makes shopping and dining very convenient. The proximity to major attractions greatly enhanced my visit. I didn't need to use a car.

I enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, near to the mall. The staff were consistently helpful. My room was cleaned well each day by housekeeping (they really paid attention to detail).
The wait for a taxi could occasionally be a bit long during peak hours.
